COVID-19 Guidelines

Recent recommendations from both the CDC and our state government have noted the importance of wearing masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

While there is no requirement to wear a mask, we are strongly encouraging all patrons to wear a mask at this weekend's "Concert With The Stars" Summer Edition.

The Lexington Theatre Company Team as well as the Lexington Opera House Staff and Ushers will be wearing masks.  Our artists and crew will be wearing masks backstage.

Concessions will be available pre-show only on the Orchestra Level and are allowed inside the seating area.

Kimberly Elayne Sprawl.png

Kimber Elayne Sprawl is currently starring on Broadway, reprising her starring role of Marianne Lane in Girl From the North Country to critical acclaim opposite Academy award nominee Mare Winningham. The Hollywood Reporter said, “Sprawl, a transfixing presence in the downtown run, has found even greater nuance. Marianne's "Tight Connection to My Heart" packs a piercing expression of romantic yearning...But there's toughness and intelligent self-possession in her character, too...” In 2018, she starred in A Bronx Tale as the love interest, Jane, starring alongside Oscar-nominated Chazz Palminteri. Other Broadway credits include Beautiful: The Carole King Musical and Disney’s The Lion King. Kimber has entered into the foray of producer/director currently represented by the short film “To Be Black” starring Don Cheadle, Sterling K Brown, Audra McDonald et al in conjunction with The Public Theater's Brave New Shakespeare Company. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio with a BFA in musical theater from Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, when Sprawl isn’t working in the Arts, she is using her platform and passion for humanitarian rights to advocate for Black Lives Matter, LBGTQ, and arts and education for minority children.
