Volunteers
The Opera House utilizes volunteers to serve as ushers for many events. All volunteers are required to complete an orientation / training session to learn about guest service policies, to familiarize themselves with the facility and to review the Usher Handbook. Orientation Sessions last approximately 90 minutes are scheduled at the Opera House periodically. Ushers who wish to work a Broadway LIVE event are required to also work at three non-Broadway shows during the season.
