Lexington’s own Candace Lynn will hold her annual concert Friday, July 27th at 7:30 PM at the Lexington Opera House in downtown Lexington, Ky. Candace leaves the following day for Nashville to continue her pursuit of a recording career.
This year marks Candace’s fifth annual performance of country music favorites of yesterday and today. She will also perform two fresh, new songs from her recent recording sessions with Nashville’s Artist Development Group, ( ADG ) who is preparing Candace for major record label consideration.
The two new songs, sweet ballad Yours and sassy party-tune Don’t Do Me Wrong were composed by successful Nashville songwriters Brian Nash, Michael Post and Fred Wilhelm.
In a show of respect and appreciation for America’s service men and women, Candace and band are providing complimentary admission for active military personnel with valid id.
